Opening Day at the J - Class Registration and Open House Sunday, Aug 22 • 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. • Open Gymnastics • Tour our Facilities • Prize Giveaways and Drawings • Class Demos Fitness Center Member Appreciation Party Sunday, Aug 29 • 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. You are all invited to our member appreciation party! We will have drawings, dancing, master classes, and just appreciate you! We will also offer reformer and TRX demos. No need to sign up - just stop by any station on Aug 29, and we will give a test drive! View the flyer... Bring a Friend Week Aug 29 - Sept 3 Fitness Center members who bring a guest to work out during this week will be entered into a drawing for a great prize!

| PERSONAL TRAINING UPDATE |

EXCITING NEWS! We will be launching our new Training Studio, “STUDIO J,” in October! This new studio will offer group reformer sessions, TRX group training, and personal training in a private environment. The studio is located upstairs, where the former spin studio was. In September ask for a tour, and we will be glad to give you a walk through! If you would like to sign up for a reformer class demo or a TRX training demo email me!

Best Wishes... We would like to wish Sal Garza all the best as he and his family leave the Houston area. At the end of the month Sal will no longer be with us, and we will miss his great talents as a trainer. Please take a minute to tell Sal “Good Luck”!

| GROUP EX UPDATE |
|
We will be launching our new Training Studio Hula Hoop class on Sunday, Sept 12. The class will run through Oct 24. Classes are held in the Fitness Center from 10:00 - 10:45 a.m. and are taught by Trina Mosley. Sign up early, space is limited. Hoops can purchased at the Fitness Center for $30 and the cost for the session is only $40 for members. Come join us!

The JCC participates in an organic food program in partnership with Home Sweet Farm to present the first Hazon's Community-Supported Agriculture Project (CSA) in the Houston area.
