JCC Houston Senior Community Services
The JCC Houston Senior Community Services Department is responsible for representing the JCC in both the general and Jewish communities through a variety of outreach activities, concentrating on the needs of all seniors. The department brings programs and activities, some of which are federally funded, to the community for the betterment of all older adults.
The federally funded programs offered include the Senior Companions Program, Foster Grandparent Program and RSVP. Other programs offered through the department are Meals on Wheels, the Nite Owls social interaction program for functionally impaired adults age 20 - 70+, and transportation services for older adults.
